We offer a delivery service, locally to Canvey Island and throughout Essex, please select your home town upon checkout, to provide you with localised delivery pricing.

We offer two delivery speeds – Standard that is 1- 4 days and an Express Service that is guaranteed 1-2 Days, please view both options in the checkout section for specific pricing for your area.

We pride ourselves on delivery turnaround times and endeavour to deliver your order at the earliest opportunity.

DELIVERY SERVICE ACROSS THE MAJORITY OF ESSEX

THE FOLLOWING IS ALSO THE BASIS ON WHICH ALL ORDERS ARE ACCEPTED BY CHARFLEETS FENCING LIMITED, HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE “COMPANY”

Any advice of dates for collection or delivery, given by the company, are conditional on being able to secure the necessary labour and materials etc, and without responsibility for any delay or delays arising through causes which are beyond our control.”

Defective goods will be replaced, and shortages rectified, provided a claim is received by the company immediately after receipt of goods.

The company cannot accept any liability for movement (ie, shrinkage or warping) of natural materials, nor any claim for consequential loss or damage of any kind.

All goods supplied by the company are to be at the buyers risk after delivery or collection, but remain the property of the company until paid for in full, and on default in payment for the same, the company reserves the right to resume possession of such goods, without notice.

Refunds or exchanges of goods may be permitted, but only on declaration of an official receipt for such goods. No refunds or exchanges can be allowed on any materials or goods that have been prepared to customers’ requirements. Any deposits paid to the company will be valid for three months.

DELIVERY SERVICE ACROSS THE MAJORITY OF ESSEX

Deliveries will be completed during the MORNING and AFTERNOON

The company is unable to specify times of delivery. If unable to deliver on an agreed day, the purchaser will be advised as soon as the company is aware, provided a daytime and/or an evening phone number has been given and is attended.

The company cannot accept any responsibility of costs incurred by purchasers, relating to non or delayed delivery of goods.

We only offer a kerbside delivery and drivers are only permitted to drop the materials onto the property nearest to the roadside or as near to the property as is safe and the public highway permits.

Offloading over walls, fencing, etc will only be made if the driver decides that it is possible to do so. For safety reasons this decision will be final.
